Presentation Assessment Survey NETS-T 2

I created my PowerPoint Assessment in Google Docs. I created my Prezi Assessment by opening up a new form to allow me to create this assessment. It includes a text box of multiple choice questions, and several questions for my peers to give me feedback on my Presentation. Then I got the embed code from the form to post my finished product on my blog. What I found great is that Google Docs automatically organized each of my peers' response on a spreadsheet for me.
